Best price, fast and fantastic service
We bought a Westinghouse side-by-side on Wednesday and had it delivered and installed by 10:30am Thursday. The telephone support when I rang about a problem was superb and fast. And the delivery guys were FANTASTIC. The delivery guys wrestled the huge old fridge down the stairs, took the doors of the new fridge to squeeze it into the room it was going into, put it all back together and took all the packing with them- 30m for start to finish. Proffesional and helpful
I am writing to thank you for your wonderful customer service. After ordering this product from ****, waiting 3 weeks and still not receiving a product, I cancelled the order and placed one with your company instead. My product arrived in less than 2 days! Thank you very much for your wonderful modern online-outlet with old fashioned customer service. This has been the easiest white goods purchase I have ever made. Call received prior to delivery as requested, and arrived nice and early. The driver offered to discard all packaging if I wanted (which he then did happily), and removed my old machine. Love the traditional option of COD. What more could a customer want? I will definately purchase from you again as need arises, and will certainly refer your store on to others. You cant beat free delivery, free removal of old equipment, competitive pricing, ease of shopping from home (not dragging 2 kids to different stores), and delivery people whom are professional and courteous.
