The entire process was painless
To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery. Rare thing to experience these days
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online' over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' .
