One of the best retail experiences I have ever had
I don't normally offer feedback especially via Facebook, but I felt compelled to offer some advice for anyone that is looking for an appliance...I recently purchased a wine fridge from Appliances Online due to the item offered, the unbeatable price, the free delivery & peace of mind with the extended warranty. We were impressed
I was a little aprehensive about buying a washing machine on line because of reports I had read that Lemair were not noted for after sales service. I was sure I had made a mistake when the machine arrived, missing the adjusting foot. We were due to leave on a caravan holiday in just a few days so I was not optomistic when I rang Appliances on Line to ask for a replacement foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup service I received. The replacement part arrived in time for our machine to be installed in our caravan and was backed up with a phone call to confirm receipt.
