    look elsewhere
Doesn't sit flat on the bed. Always has this creased look and feel. Control is weird, has to be switched off then back on after timer is up. Might buy the $60 ALDI one and keep this as emergency spare.

    Short heated area
I bought this 3 weeks ago. I’ve always purchased Sunbeam electric blankets as I thought they were the best- until now. The length of the heated area falls very short. By this I mean the first heating wire starts at 55cm from the top of the bed. The pillow takes up 38cm. So the 17cm from my neck (to the first heated wire ) leaves my upper back cold. Ist heated wire to last heated wire at the feet is only 130cm. So unless you curl up into a ball there is no way you can enjoy the warm. My previous sunbeam electric blanket-.length of heating area is 150cm. Cost cutting? Removing 20cm of heating area. VERY VERY POOR FORM SUNBEAM The question I have for you is this: did I buy a dud? Or do all your blankets now have this shortfall?
