    A quality of life saver
A most brilliant piece of equipment to compliment my Recumbant exercise bike from Lifespan. The reformer provides excellent stability and resistance to provide increasing core strength. It is so easy to align my body as I glide through my exercises each day. The reformer is quite, stable and easy to manipulate the springs and straps. I would not be walking without this investment. Thank you Lifespan.

    Good purchase for the price
I bought this recently and am enjoying having a reformer at home, especially for the cost. It glides smoothly (I haven’t tried it with the jump board yet though). It feels stable but the foot bar feels slightly unstable. The only thing I didn’t realise is that to fold it up, the risers and hand/foot straps need to be taken off. They screw on and off. It doesn’t take long, but I don’t have enough room to leave it out so it adds another step rather than just quickly folding and unfolding it between uses. Other than that it is easy to fold by myself, it just takes longer than I’d expect.
