Disappointed
I wore my VivoSmart4 daily for 4 years and then it stopped charging. I purchased a refurbished VivoSmart4 because I loved the one I had. Just 3 weeks after receiving it, I wore it in the pool and it stopped working. Upon inspection, there was moisture in the sensor. I'm presently waiting for a warranty replacement. I'm hoping it will be as reliable as my initial Vivosmart4 and not like the refurbished one. I'll update this review, if possible, once I receive it.

I loved the whole appliances online experience
I was extremely impressed, ordered fridge online in comfort of my own home 7.30 at night and delivered 2 days later within time frame promised, with a pleasant phone call at 715am morning of delivery promising delivery between 9 and 11am. Arrival was 9.20am. how impressive.. I loved the whole appliances online experience. Delivery guys were friendly and very efficient. answered all my questions and even took the packaging away along with my old appliance. wouldn't shop any other way, as prices are fantastic too. The best service, I have had in a long time
Just wanted to let you know the washing machine arrived safe and sound, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would like to take this opportunity to commend your service and delivery, the delivery drivers were so courteous, pleasant, helpful with lovely manners, (which you don't often come by these days). The washing machine was installed and tested, in a matter of minutes, the young man obviously knew what he was doing! I asked a couple of questions, which were answered respectfully and confidently, considering it was late on a Friday afternoon and a very hot day. These young men are a credit to you company.
